App Terms

Our App relies on third-party providers, including:

• Stripe (payments).
• OpenAI/xAI (AI processing).
• Amazon Web Services (storage).
• Facebook, Apple, Google (social login).
• Third parties for vehicle data (e.g., PPSR checks).

These providers’ terms apply, and we are not liable for their failures. Use of the Glovbox App is subject to the terms and conditions of the Apple App Store or Google Play. By installing the App, you agree to comply with these additional terms, including payment dispute processes.

App users must ensure:

• Device compatibility (e.g., iOS 14.0 or later, Android).
• Internet connectivity to use the App effectively.

If using social login (Facebook, Apple, Google), you must comply with the respective provider’s terms and ensure accurate data is provided. Users cannot switch to a non-social login method (e.g., email/password) unless they create a new account.
